Stocks Confirming Onset of New Multi-Month Advance; Lows Set in Conjunction w/40YC! Buy Signals Triggered on March 18 – 23!
04/04/20 Weekly Re-Lay: “Stock Indices surged into month-end, completing an initial rally after fulfilling both the 2-Year Cycle and 40-Year Cycle parallels (precipitous drop from Feb. 12/13 into March 23 – 27 in 1980 AND 2020). Several key stocks rallied precisely to their upside targets while the primary indexes lagged. As a result, a pullback into April 6 became likely before a new rally is probable…
Stock Indices continue to show signs of bottoming on a multi-week basis after bottoming on 2-year anniversary of the 2018 DJIA low close. March 23 – 27 was also the 40-year anniversary of the late-March 1980 low – the focus and objective for the 40-Year Cycle signal from Feb. 12/13.
The low on March 23 also fulfilled a 31 – 34 day high-high-high-(low) Cycle Progression in the leading DJTA (as the Transports attacked their 1 – 2 year downside target at ~6,500/DJTA)…
Stock indexes remain in a 3 – 5 day corrective mode following daily cycles that peaked on March 31/April 1. At the time, leading stocks reached 1 – 2 week upside targets, portending a quick multi-day pullback, which has since unfolded. Also on March 31, the indexes signaled 3 – 5 day peaks.
They have all sold off since then and could see another (initial) drop on Monday, potentially creating the low for this pullback. The intra-month trends could concur if they fail to turn down.”
Stocks poised for low in early-April and beginning of new wave higher. Stocks remain above March ’20 lows after fulfilling Stock Panic Cycles (projected for early-2020, in March 2019) as well as 40-Year Cycle and 2-Year Cycle projecting plunge into March 23 – 27, 2020 – the precise time the DJIA bottomed in 2018 AND 1980. Transports reach multi-year downside target (6,500) as NFLX & AMZN trigger decisive buy signals. Major indexes triggered buy signals for powerful rallies – reinforcing these decisive cycle lows.
